I have just released Virtual GameBoy 3.2 (VGB), a new version of my
Nintendo GameBoy emulator, available here:
To my knowledge, the Virtual GameBoy has been the first real GameBoy
emulator ever written. It emulates Nintendo GameBoy, GameBoy Pocket,
Super GameBoy, and GameBoy Color. VGB will run most games written for
these handhelds. Please note that VGB will not run GameBoy Advance
games. You will need to use Virtual GameBoy Advance (VGBA) for that.
The new version fixes the STOP opcode implementation and extends the
builtin menu with options to load cartridges, save, and load game
states.
The new Symbian port, available at
http://fms.komkon.org/EmuSymbian/
adds new and highly requested feature to remap GameBoy buttons to more
comfortable phone keys. Because of this new feature, the application
menu has been split into three separate pages. I have also added saved
preferences, wait and error messages when loading files, and a new
icon. The screen rendering has been optimized using ARM assembly.
The registered VGB users will get their free updated copies in the
next several hours. If you do not get your copy in the next few hours,
let me know and I will resolve the problem.

products, use the discussion group at
