and that being the fact DOS runs games faster because your processor is larger
and faster in DOS than in Windows because in WINDOWS OS you have to make your
processor run slow to make the OS RUN.
SO I like DOS better because it has CONFIG.SYS and windows only had AUTOEXC.BAT

Umm... no.It really depends on the game and how it was made.
DOS games are limited to 640k conventional unless they use extended memory.

The processor is in fact the same no matter what game you play (unless you change
it for each game). But, yes, there is more overhead when running in Windows.

Actually, in DOS or Windows, CONFIG.SYS and AUTOEXEC.BAT both exist and serve the
same purpose.

Not nesisarily (pardon my spelling please)
If you have to use DOS still to run games its about time to upgrade in
some way or another.

DOS is an OS too, and under win 95, the win 95 system gives you the
ability to alocate as much or as little power to the game as you see
fit, this goes for both DOS based and Windows based games under win 95
(which really bites compared to...................<you fill in the

First off do a lil more research, but I think it is a good idea...
just change that windows runs them better..... although you need so
much add ons its kinda ridiculious. DOS is dead, leave it at that.
Dont get me wrong, i loved dos, and would continue to use it if it had
the same capabilities of windows... but it doesnt.
feel free to rebut my ideas kuz i am pulling half of this stuff outa
my ass..... think its right tho :)
