* DOS 1541/1571 imaging CD updated to v2.1. Added the newest version of
NIBTOOLS v0.5.8. This is a very handy way to test out machines, parallel
ports and cables to see if they will work with specific X cables under

* Added an X-cable troubleshooting document on how to sort out cable,
parallel port and software issues under DOS.

* Updates to many of the cable building pages, especially XE, XM, XEP and
XMP.
Hopefully 64Copy v4.43 will be out soon. And don't forget that I build all
sorts of the X cables for your needs.
