Does anyone have the (in)famous CG code ring? Can you post the codes?
Thank you.

I seem to remember on my old version that you could press a special key
when the Title screen was displayed and a menu would appear which
(among other things) gave you all the codes.

Problem is, remembering they key to press!!!

It _may_ have been holding down one of the joystick buttons (or using one of
the 'Apple' keys), or that may have been for a completely different game!
<grin>

Of course, this only worked with a cracked version of the game where these
special screens had been added.

Here are the codes I fished out of the cupboard, covered in a generous
layer of dust.... it's a sort of grid, colors down, numbers 1 thru 8
across the top.
12345678
red IDBHHLJG
green IDELABHO
blue EGCDLJFM
purple FMDGAIJD
orange ADMBHGJO
gray CDAFNBHD
yellow CFNKHGEB
white IHNAGNOL

The doomsday machine settings are a simple binary code:

a 0001
b 0010
c 0011
d 0100
e 0101
f 0110
g 0111
h 1000
i 1001
j 1010
k 1011
l 1100
m 1101
n 1110
o 1111

Hope I didn't make any typos... it was hard enough to read my own
handwriting from 10 years ago!

I used to play with STM, until I was "forced" to switch platform and go
for (gulp) a Windows machine. I have read in this newsgroup that there
was something called "Applewin" that seemed to do the trick, but I can't
seem to find it anywhere on the net. Could someone please tell me where
I could find it.

Thanks. Replies via E-Mail would be appreciated.
