I don't use Applewin (I prefer ApplePC) but here's what I did... cheat!
Copy your Dos 3.3 master to another image (i.e. blankd.dsk) then go into
dos and delete all files from that disk. Do the same for your Prodos
master disk (i.e. copy to blankp.dsk then delete all the files). Now you
have pre-formatted "master" blank disks to use as the need arises.
As always... respond _only_ in the newsgroup (no can get mail)

There is a bug in AppleWin v1.1 that won't let you create blank
diskettes on the fly. It weird because this was working fine in the
2nd beta version. I guess I'd download version b2 and have it create
your blank disks.

You could always delete all the files from an existing image.
