KEGS v1.07 released

I've updated KEGS, an Apple IIgs emulator for Mac OS X and Linux, to 1.07.
The Mac executable should run on 10.13 or later. It's also a universal app,
so it runs native on Apple M1 silicon. There's a Linux executable as well.

Changes in KEGS v1.07 since v1.05 (06/26/21)
- Can create new disk images while running: press N in the disk image
selection screen.
- Support for loading disk images directly out of .zip archives (read-only).
In the disk image selection dialog, select the .zip file, and then
it will step into the archive and you can select the file inside.
- Major rewrite of IWM routines to now add support for WOZ version 1 and
version 2 5.25" disk images.
- Many Mockingboard fixes to enable mb-audit v0.7 to pass.

Fully source code is included. To rebuild on the Mac, all you need is
to download XCode and type "make".
