I'm using cua-mode.el for xemacs 2.1.8 on Windows NT SP 5.
Cua-mode.el file contains the following details, and is supposed to support
XEmacs:
;; Author: Kim F. Storm <st...@olicom.dk>
;; Adapted-By: SL Baur <st...@altrasoft.com>
;; Maintainer: SL Baur <st...@altrasoft.com>
;; Keywords: emulations
;; Revision: 1.4
When I highlight a region of text in the buffer with my mouse and then use
M-x string-replace, I get the following error message,
(48) (error/warning) Error in `pre-command-hook' (setting hook to nil):
(wrong-type-argument integer-or-marker-p nil)
I then find the characteristic of the C-z, C-x, C-c keys to fall down. Along
with paren highlighting which is set to blinking. The highlighted brackets
remain highlighted even after moving to another matching pair of brackets,
and the blinking rate of the highlighted bracket is visibly more rapid.
Can anyone help me overcome this problem?
