How to get a connection with FileNet Server by JNDI ISCF

I am new to FileNet . The situation for me is that

1. We have a FileNet server for imaging retriving .

2. There's a web application running on the same server which FileNet
has been installed. And we using weblogic to deploy the web
application.

3. What I am trying to do is that I want to deploy this web
application on the weblogic on my local computer.

4. I have deployed the ISRA and web applicaiton on weblogic on my
local computer.

5. The problem I am facing is that I can get a coonncetion with
FileNet Server by JNDI named "ISCF" from my local computer.

So I want to know how I can let the webapplication running on my
local
computer can get the connnection via JNDI " ISCF".

Is that means If I want get this connnection we do need to deploy the
web applcation on the server that FileNet has been installed ? I
can't get the connection from other server ?
