I can't seem to create a trusted login, eventho I have enabled it on
the client version (worksite web) and imanage server 7.2. I kept
getting this following error message whenever i checked the trusted
login box on the login page:
Invalid User Name or Password.
Detail [NRTSession ][Login ]Logging in as "" : Access denied
Source /WorkSite/scripts/Login.asp/login()

In order for trusted login to work with worksite web, there are a
number of changes that need to be made. Firstly, you need to check the
installation manual for the version you are using as there will be
some files you will need to change for trusted login to work. Also you
may need to set a registry entry depending on the network OS you are
logging into:

iManage WorkSite Web can be configured to support trusted login for NT
or ADS users. To support this feature, a preferred context must be
specified on the web server, using the following registry setting. If
this registry value is set to 6, the iManage WorkSite Web will attempt
to authenticate users against the Active Directory Services (ADS)
domain. If this registry value is not set, or the value is set to 3,
then iManage WorkSite Web will attempt to authenticate users against a
Windows NT domain.

To configure iManage WorkSite Web to authenticate users for trusted
login against a Microsoft Active Directory Server:
In the following key in the registry on the IIS Server:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\NetRight

Create a DWORD value:

Name: Trusted Login Type

Value: 3 (to authenticate with NT domain)

or 6 (to authenticate with ADS)
or 4 for NDS
