Is anyone else having trouble accessing their account through Verizon's
website. All I get is the following:

Proper authorization is required for the My Account website. Either your
browser does not perform authorization, or your authorization has failed.
Please contact customer support for further assistance.

TIA,

Bob

Last I checked the menus are still SCHIZO between ex-GTE and ex-BA land.
I think you have gotten into the GTE system with a BellAtlantic account
name. Customer Support (ugh, I hate to send you there) can direct you
to the right starting page.

I had that trouble today, I had to delete my cookies just to make the
login page ask again for my name/password, re-entering both those
worked and I was in. Appeared to me at the time that my autocomplete
info (user/password automatic fill-in) was not being accepted thought
it couldn't have been incorrect since it's been used lots before.

I finally found someone who knew what they were talking about. The page to
go to is support.verizon.net. This will allow you access to your account
after signing in. Information this basic and most of the people answering
the phones don't have a clue. On the positive side, everyone I talked to
spoke English and answered the phone with no hold times.
