I know that going back to the previous drivers will solve my problems but I
cannot believe the manufacture would write drivers that don't allow the use
of the capture port in this way.
Their tech support says that the problem is with the Internet telephony
software. (If so, then its with ALL the telephony software)
If anyone can help me to ENABLE/use the WDM drivers to work with say
"Netmeeting" I would be very thankful!!!

I don't know how to solve your problem, but I thought the WDM drivers
were supposed to be upward compatible with the "old" VfW (Video for
Windows) drivers? If so, then it would be a WDM driver bug/problem.
