where's the FCC web site?

I've been trying www.fcc.gov for several days, getting nowhere.

Is their site down? Or is Earthlink simply not doing the correct
translations?

www.samspade.org says www.fcc.gov IP addr is 192.104.54.3 so try
http://192.104.54.3 and see if it works. If it doesn't, then you got
something major wrong.

If it does work with the IP address, then you have a DNS problem or
there is a possibility that you have a file on your system called
"hosts" that has an old outdated IP address for fcc.gov. Good luck.
