Hi. I'm doing exactly this. I ended up ordering an adapter widget from
Lucent. Mine doesn't have a part number on it, but my Partner manual refers
to it as a "355A Adapter". It has some electronics inside, but not much.
Also, I think you will want one stop bit, not two, for the port settings.
My only frustration with the arrangement is that for incoming calls it
reports the caller ID phone number but not name.
