ANI/DNIS not showing up in IVR Trace

Hello, we are running into a strange problem with our conversant IVR
v7. We are noticing that sometimes the ANI and DNIS are not sent.
From the trace file, I see that a correct call will have the following
information:

Using ANI of (1231234567)
08/14 17:38:31 Using DNIS of (5444)
08/14 17:38:31 Added node for (285)
08/14 17:38:31 Calling Name=(1231234567)
08/14 17:38:31 Called Num=(5444)
08/14 17:38:31 Domain=(5444)
08/14 17:38:31 UData=NULL


Sometimes, i'll see the log without the ANI and DNIS. Here is the
incorrect information. Notice that "Using ANI of" and "Using DNIS of"
are not present.

08/14 17:38:31 Calling Name=(1231234567)
08/14 17:38:31 Called Num=(5444)
08/14 17:38:31 Domain=(5444)
08/14 17:38:31 UData=NULL

any ideas?
