There is the AT&T Technical Journal (formerly Bell System Tech.Jrnl),
AT&T Technology (formerly Bell Labs Record), and 'Telesis' magazine
(from Bell-Northern-Research/Northern-Telecom/Bell-Canada), Telephone
Engineering and Management (periodical), and even Broadcasting & Cable
(magazine)-

There are others - sometimes a list of magazines/journal/periodicals/etc.
is placed here (comp.dcom.telecom.tech) or alt.dcom.telecom, OR to the
moderated comp.dcom.telecom (which is also the listserv Telecom-Digest)
with its ftp archives at MIT (ftp.lcs.mit.edu/telecom-archives). There is
probably a recent list at the archives.

Excellent mags, all, but I think TE&M was recently renamed America's
Network (or something like that). Don't know why they did it; I still
prefer TE&M.

Also try Telephony, Communications Week, Network World, Communications
Magazine.
