I'm using Bay-Networks Access Nodes, AE#1001008 with software version 13.20.
We cooperated with yet another povider to devide one G.703 stream to two FR
stream through Nortel Passport FR switch.
So the following scheme describing our channels:
One branch Other branch
FR CIR = 1.5 Mbit/s, Access node FR CIR = 1.5 Mbit/s, Acces

| channel | | channel |
| provider | | provider |

CIR = 512 Kbit/s leaves at channel provider Passport switch for internal use.
As you see G.703 channel divison is simmetric for both ends of the channel.
So at every ends of G.703 channel we have 1.5 Mbit/s CIR through FR.
In accordance to our bandwidth allocation we should achive transfer speed
between our branches at both ends of this channel ~ 190Kbyte/s. But border
transfer perfomance couldn't be grate than 90 Kbyte/s.Meanwhile at AN's
I see the following statistics:

My channel provider said me that the picture from his side is identical to my,
but he received the same BECN quantity (that's right, I'm shure).
I have switched off congestion control at my AN's , but the picture
still unchanged. My channel provider also admit that the same time
his 512Kbit channel is not overloaded.
What is wrong? Who may help me to solve my troubles?
