Hey

I know its there but I cant seem to find a page on Cisco's site that tells
me what CAT # Smartnet I need for this router\switch.

Anyone seen a page like this before ?

Thanks

Either tell me that part number of the router, or use the configurator;
it will give you the smartnet part once configd.

I need for a 3640 , Im assume you have to be a reseller or CCIE to access
that. I get an error when trying to access configurator.

Thanks

My supplier recommended a Cat 10 for our 3640 with a primary rate.

We've got cat 2 (i think) for our 1601's

The category can be found in the DPRG and it is a Cat 10

There's two ways to get SmartNet from Cisco. Directly in which case
you see the part numbers like the CON-SNT-3640 or through a
distributer/reseller and getting the packaged SmartNet which is broken
up into the levels 1-19 and you'd get CON-SNT-PKG10 or so.

You can get a comparison of what gear is what level through the
SmartNet registration area (you probably have to have one registered
smartnet there to see it).
