I'm looking for a tftp server for MacOS that can do both read
and write. I have found one tftp server for MacOS (I don't
have the name right now) but it only allows the read operation.

Thanks,

I don't think one exists. I made that search long ago.

Look for TFTP Daemon at http://hyperarchive.lcs.mit.edu/HyperArchive.html.
TFTP Daemon allows for both read and write if configured correctly.
