Damned ftp server from cisco.com !!!!! grrrrrr

2. login with username: anonymous, password: <e-mail address>
3. cd pub/tacacs
4. get README
5. get xtacacsd.tar.Z

If you're looking for XTACACS, don't bother with the Cisco server, get the much improved/patched "Vikas version" from:

ftp://ftp.navya.com/pub/vikas/xtacacsd-3.4.shar.gz
