logging commands to the buffer

Is there a way this can be done??? I know tacacs can log to a server, although I cannot seem to come up with a way to keep it inside the router.

"Logging buffered" is the command you are looking for. If you want logging
messages to not display at the console as well use "no logging console".

Sorry about that, my post was rather lacking for details... I would like to log 'commands' that are being entered. You can see that it was 'configured by terminal' in the log, although I have only been able to come up with a tacacs solution and would LOVE a buffer solution.
