Hi there,

I have been monitoring Cisco 7507, Catalyst 2926, and Catalyst 2916M-XL by
CiscoWorks and CWSI on NNM 5.0.1.
When I open the event browser, I can see the trap every 2 minuets from
2916M-XL. The trap said "TCP connection has been terminated.
(tcpConnectionClose Trap) tsLineUser:". As a result my investigating by
Sniffer, it seems that the manager tried to access 2916 by HTTP periodically.
(I am not sure whether it is from CiscoWorks or NNM.)

Does anyone know how to stop it?

Thanks in advance,

-Kawanaka

The culprit would likely be OV's HTTP discovery. Disable it there.
