Does anyone know what kind of switch I need to configure for Bell
Canada ISDN? I am also looking for some sample config for a basic ISDN
connection between two 804 routers.
Thanks in advanced!

Hi Ed-D
Switch Type Description
Basic-1tr6 1tr6 - for Germany
Basic-5ess AT&T 5ESS - for the U.S.
Basic-dms100 DMS-100 switch type
Basic-net3 for UK & Europe
Basic-ni1 National ISDN-1 switch type
Basic-nwnet3 NET3 - for Norway
Basic-nznet3 NET3 - for New Zealand
Basic-ts013 TS013 - for Australia
Ntt NTT - for Japan
vn2 VN2 - for France
vn3 VN3 & VN4 - for France
Basic-1tr6 1TR6 - for Germany
Basic-dms100 my guess is that this it the one for you, but check with
your provider for the appropriate switch type.
NOTE : Change of Switch type requires a reload of the Router...

I know that Bell canada uses DMS switches, but all our configs use
Basic-ni1 and if you call them, that's what they'll probably recommend
too (at least it was when we set ours up a few years ago).
