i have 3662 Cisco Router, its working fine past few years
i got some problem related to this
iam getting this problem while booting, iam getting this error
*** TLB (Load/Fetch) Exception ***

Failure detected during ROMMON start-up tests. Restart ROMMON.
then i have removed all slots, and tried cleaning,
and started with out any modules
then iam getting following error

Just a guess, but it looks like some memory bought the farm. Try removing
some memory DIMMS in turn to identify the bad memory. This may cause
problems with the IOS you are running, so you may have to use another
image. In fact, you'll probably have to load this new image via zmodem,
because the IOS you have in flash won't typically run if there's not
enough DRAM to hold the uncompressed image. See CCO for info on loading
images via the console port.
If you have SmartNET, I would just RMA the box and let Cisco sweat it out.

i tried to remove the router DIMs and re-insterted
but still iam getting error
when i remove the RAM is says, no RAM detected
but i want to go rmon to load from console, iam not able to..
iam not able to get RMON too even i holded long time break key
any help will be great
and need badly assistance

Well as they told you before it looks like the RAM has gone bad.
You'll have to replace it with more RAM certified for the 3660
platform. SmartNet will do this for you if you have it.
If you don't then buying new RAM is probably in order.
