When I go into the Web Based Configuration I get a message saying "this
router is not supported by Cisco Router Web Setup Utility."

What does this mean, can I upgrade this?

Thanks
Stu

Hi,

Please let me know the version of Cisco Router Web Setup you are using? The

version will be shown in the left side bottom corner of the tool.

Most probably, you need to upgrade your tool. The latest version is 3.1.

Hi,

12.2(8)T4 doesnt support C827H. Use either 12.2(4)YA2 or 12.2(4)XM4.

Ravikumar

Hi,

I have contact the supplier of my router, they have told me I should have
IOS 12.2(4r)XM2 installed.

I ran the show version through hyper terminal and it came back with this :-
"Version 12.2(4r)XM2, Release fc1"

How do I change the IOS so I can get web based configuration and why does
the web based config report a different IOS version?

Cheers.

Is it?? Can you send me the the entire output of "show version"? Generally web
tool should reflect the same IOS version given in the output of "show version".

Thanks,
Ravikumar
