Does anyone know, why does insert automatically configuration "no ip
redirect", if I use HSRP(standby) configuration ?
Must I NOT use both "standby" and "ip redirects" same time, on same
interface?
Thanks in advance.

Because if the active HSRP router had redirects enabled then it would
send ICMP redirects pointing clients at its 'real' IP address rather
than letting them continue using the 'virtual' one. Since there is no
way of knowing in advance which router will be active, both must have
this enabled.

1) That's normal behavior for HSRP
2) Correct, HSRP and ip redirects are mutually exclusive on an interface
Do you have a situation where you need the ip redirects on an HSRP
interface? If your getting lots of packets that need redirection, use the
command 'ip route-cache same-interface' to improve performance.
