Connecting to 2 - load sharing and backup each other

hi all, we plan to have a 2nd ISP to backup and load share the existing one.
How do I go about doing this?

1. what need to be done with the routing? i'm using default now...
2. How do i load share btw these 2 lease-line and configure it to backup
each other. pls. send some config.
