Hi There,

Does anyone know of a way to setup the BaySecure Access Control Software so
that a user logging in can submit the number to be called back on.

We currently have in the Return list attributes:

Framed Protocol: PPP
Service Type: Callback-Framed

but have omitted the callback number

When we put callback number in and left it blank it made NT fall over.

Any help appreciated.

Regards,

Grant

First I would say: Leave the number blank!

>Framed Protocol: PPP
>Service Type: Callback-Framed

Right - we did it like this!

>When we put callback number in and left it blank it made NT fall over.

What do you mean by "put callback number in and left it blank"?

We have a 5399 (similar to 8000) and we left callback no blank, specify it
when we call the 5399 and will be called back by the number specified...

Stefan,

When you Insert the Callback number it asks for a string.

Until you type a character it will not give you the option to Add the
attribute.

We entered a space and then added the attribute. Our NT box then goes belly
up and the Bay Access Control Application completely crashes.

What did you put in the Callback number field or doesn't your platform crash ?

Grant
