One of the key features for us using the Xyplex 1600 is it's noloss
ability. Se when you use it to console into another machine you get all
of the recent error messages. Now i have noticed a bizzare thing. To
have noloss i have to enable modem control, and when modem contorl is
enabled i lose connection from the machine on a reboot. Also get some
generally strange behaviour. Like if i issue an init 6 on a machine ,
close the session to it and then reopen the session later after the
machine has finished booting i lose all of the noloss messages and have
to issue a break in order to get a login prompt. If i however restart
the session during a bootup it kicks me when the os loads, and noloss
works just fine when i reconnect showing me the last several lines of
output from the server. Do any of you know what is going on, and maybe
how to correct this behaviour?
