Evening,

We just bought a KX-TA624 ksu and a KX-TVS50 vps. Here is the problem:

We setup both systems just fine. Then, we tested the Transfer to Voice
Mail feature... We mapped 2 of the flexbuttons to the #7 & #8 jacks.

I heard the mailbox message, but I never heard a tone. So I hung up.
Then we noticed that the lights for both of the voice mail extensions
remained on. I tried intercom'ing in, but I received a BUSY.

We left it alone for 5-10 minutes, but extns 7 & 8 stayed busy.

We checked the laptop terminal hooked up to the VPS and noticed it was
looping on "Checking Flash Memory"

So we did a power reset on the VPS. Same problem. So we decided to
re-initialize the VPS. Now we get a new error message:

"Flash Memory Storage Space is Now Exceeding 99%"

PLUS: Even with the #7 & #8 jacks disconnected, we get a perpetual
BUSY indicator unless we disable VM (system code 130).

We have even done a hard reset on the ksu but it hasn't helped. I have
no idea how to do a hard reset on the VPS.

Any help appreciated. I see 2 problems: one VM PORTS BUSY with the
KSU, and one FLASH MEMORY FULL problem with the VPS.

Thanks!
