Panasonic TD500 and TVP200

Greetings from Manila!

I am working here in the Philippines with an NGO. We have recently
integrated a Panasonic TVP200 with our Panasonic KX-TD500 PBX. We are very
close to putting the automated attendant on-line to free up our receptionist
to do other tasks. But we have hit a snag... we want to make some of our
inside extensions unavailable to someone calling in on any of our trunk
lines.

In other words, when the auto attendant answers an incoming call and the
caller selects extension ???, but we want extension ??? blocked. How can we
do that? Any ideas... I have been through the installation manuals for both
the PBX and the TVP... I have come up empty.
