Panasonic KXT problem with long distance

I have had my phone for a year now (Panasonic KXTG2247S) and all of
the sudden it's not letting me dial long distance calls. I dial and
then a gal comes on and sayd "19 dash 5, your long distance service is
not active at this time, please contact your long distance carrier for
information". But then I pick up any other phone in the house and
dial out and the call goes through...

Does anyone know what the problem is and how ot fix it? If so, you

First thing you have make sure that two phones are working on same
telephone line for checking purpose .

Then try to make a call from both the phones. i assume problem is
from your

long distance carrier . ie both the phones you should get same
message when you are making a call.

Just check it out with your service provider.

It is nothing to do with telephone.
