Outside caller push '0', no-answer greeting pops up after 4 rings..how can i turn this off

I have KX-TD1232 with auto attendance turned on.
When outside callers calls in and push '0', after 4 rings, if not
answered, system's no answer greeting pops up the caller goes to 998
voice mail box. I want to make it rings forever so that someone
eventually picks up the phone. How can I do this?

Or if I can make the system says, "Please, remain on the line someone
will be with you shortly" and keep ringing, it will be even better.
Your help will be greatly appreciated.

Just put a FXD in the TVP in the PBX Interface Menu. This will Flash
Extension and Disconnect.
