Does anyone know what happened to Adelphia's support email address that was:

It is still the same, but they take a few days to answer. I have had better
luck through their web page http://powerlink.adelphia.net/ for posting
problems.

yeah right.. I just got an email from them about 3 days ago confirming that
their 'reviewers had looked over my message from 2 months ago. Then to top
it off, they did not post the message because they feel that the issue that
I was posting about would be best suited if they just answered it, and did
not post it. Now bear in mind that this comment that I posted was directed
at the general public, NOT the technical support staff, so I fail to see how
my comment was better off being answered by them.

Bottom line is.. beware of what you post on their 'moderated' (read as
censored) message areas.

I was talking about the "Report a Problem" section...not the "Users Message
Boards".

I too have posted message to the "users" area with the following
results.....1) they never get posted, no feedback...just a big black
hole....or 2) two months later I get an e-mail saying it has been approved
for posting.

So far I have never been told that it was not suitable for
posting....instead it just never hets posted.
