Hi there!
I have always been able to upload very high at 5 MB/s. I stream live and have never had any issues. All of a sudden one day about 2 weeks ago my upload started going wacky. It drops from the low side to very low within a few seconds, and then goes from being on the very low end to having 0.
Speedtests have ALWAYS come up fine, but sometimes stagger a bit while it's running. I have tried it on a few different computers, with different programs, etc. I even reformatted my PC.

I use TekSavvy which runs off of Rogers' lines. I replaced our modem and all of the ethernet cables. We even tried using a different wall socket for the power.

When doing traceroutes, 7-30 have Request Timed out, as well as 2 and 5.

I have had 2 rogers technicians in already. They have replaced everything they say they could possibly replace and appear stumped when they can't figure it out.

In the event log of the modem we have:
Critical (3) Started Unicast Maintenance Ranging - No Response received - ..

Warning (5) DHCP WARNING - Non-critical field invalid in response ;CM-MAC...

Repeated a bunch of times.

0 0.0 MHz 0.0 dBmV QPSK

It is a Thompson DMC476 modem.

I am not too sure what else to do... it worked fine one day and not the next. Is it possible that there was an update in firmware on the modem? Would it not have been replaced as I purchased a new one? Is there something that I have maybe missed setting up?

Thank you so so much for any input! Feeling desperate here.
