Part for CNet CGS-2400 gigabit switch?

Can someone please help us identify U1 on the circuit board of this
switch? It's a surface-mount 8-pin device and ours has suffered an
electrical jolt so we can only read some of its part-number: the top
row ends in 7318 or 7310 and the bottom row possibly in 13GE. Any help
appreciated, TIA.
