Non US Data Comms Kit

Hi

My company needs to connect to sites in Iran, Syria and Cuba. US
regulations forbid us from exporting US hardware or software there.
We are UK based.

Does anyone make datacomms equipment (Ethernet swiches, Ethernet and
WAN bridges and ideally Routers) without US technology that we can
export and use there without breaking US or UK regulations?

What companies should we contact to take this further?
