Ascend and PCAnywhere problem

I hear that problems may exist using PCAnywhere with a Pipeline 75 and Ascend
Max.

Recently my Pipeline 75 resets (wan light turns off) when I try to connect to
a host using PCAnywhere)

Any known solutions? workarounds?

This was a known bug in some versions of the OS for it. Check out
www.ascend.com and get the latest S/W for your pipeline. It's not hard to
upgrade.
