How do i play a wave file with CAPI ?

Convert the file into a-Law format (ISDN a-Law mono 8kHz, I think).
Either create (with GoldWave, for example) and play a a-Law file or do the
conversion on the fly (with MS ACM, for example).

Do you have a code example ?
My intention:
i wrote a little capi monitor
and want to add wave answers.

Check out the CAPI specification, 3rd edition, part 1: There are
flow chart diagrams at the end of the document, and they describe
quite nicely how to answer a call, send and receive data, close a call
etc.
