I currently am using a 2620 (not XM) with FR service. I have 18
subinterfaces (0/0.1 - 0/0.x) which are FR point-to-point service to
mulitple branch offices, and have placed an order for an additional
host circuit to alleviate some of the congestion. The ultimate goal is
to have 9 PVC's on one circuit and 9 PVC's on the other. I understand
that this is ported by the Service Provider, however my questions are
in regards to the proper IOS configurations. I have added the second
T1-WIC into the W1 port of the 2620, and the show version command does
recognize both serial ports, but I'm confused as to how I should
reference this additional card. Wouldn't the new card be s1/0, as the
existing T1-WIC is referrenced as s0/0 (s0/0.1 - s0/0.x, respectively).
Or is the new card referenced as s0/1 (s0/1.1 - s0/1.x).

On a 2620 using WIC-1DSU-T1 cards, the two interfaces show up as
Serial 0/0 and Serial 0/1. You said you saw it in the config, so
where's the confusion? You should be able to see the base Serial 0/1
config while doing a 'show running'.

(If you had something like a NM-4T in the NM slot of the 2620, you
would have Serial 1/0 & 1/1 & 1/2 & 1/3 as well in your configs).
