What is the effect of misconfiguring CIR

I have a FR ckt with a CIR of 128 and a bust rate of 256k. here is the
config of the map class i have on my router
map-class frame-relay XXXXXX
frame-relay traffic-rate 192000 256000
from this i see that the avg bps configured on the link is 192K .please
let me know if the packets will be bropped.

the critical fields under the map-class
are cir, mincir, be, and bc.
if you set the cir to the actual cir, you will
shape to the cir, defeating the purpose of continuous burst at pir.
set the cir to the pir, and set the mincir to the cir.
bc and be values you need to know the pir of both ends,
in general, set be to zero to minimize queueing and drops.
