Need file containing all Canadian postal codes

I'm looking for a listing of all Canadian postal codes. I recently
purchased such a file for US zipcodes, but haven't been able to find
one for Canada. At a minimum, I need the postal code together with the
Canadian jurisdiction (province is okay). If the file is more specific
and lists city names as well, even better. Any ideas where I can locate
such a listing?
