I guess it is a (free ?) libary.

It's short-hand for "The FoxPro 2.6 Codebook" by Yair Alan Griver. There
have been several(?) previous versions, as well. It's put out by Synex,
ISBN: 0-7821-1551-9

A disk with the code listed in the book itself is available separately.

"Codebook" Refers to the FoxPro Codeboos 2.6 published by Sybex. The book
was written by Yair Alan Griver of Flash Creative Management. It
represents a methodology and codebase for rapid systems development. The
code is available on DIskette from Flash Creative Management, Inc.
(201-489-2500). If you can't find the book, you can also order it from Flash.
