Is it possible to convert DBF file to Sybase SQL server database ?

Assuming that the DBF file relates to Access then the best bet is
to get the Sybase ODBC drivers and then establish communications
directly with a Sybase database.

Once this has been done create the database to hold the tables on
the Sybase side. Then you export the tables from the Access
database directly from Access to Sybase through the ODBC driver.

If the DBF file is created via dBase then you could use Access to
execute the same type of procedure.
