XP server

Adaptive Server 11.5 on Sun Solaris.

I cannot get xpserver successfully installed using the sybsetup utility.
I suspect a bug with the software, but would like to know if anyone
else has encountered the problem. Curiously, if I specify a nonexistent
adaptive server, sybsetup says successfully installed with no complaint,
but if I specify the adaptive server i want xpserver associated with,
sybsetup creates an interfaces entry, then complains it cannot connect
to the adaptive server.
