web.sql and nds

Can anyone help with a way to invoke an .exe on the client side from the
web.sql server to read the Novell NDS and get information about the
user? I have the code for reading the NDS on the client side, however it
does not appear possible to invoke this program from an a server side
hts script.
It also appears that once a request for information is sent by the
client to the web.sql server that the user becomes the web.sql user
known to the web.sql server and not the client making the request.
