Daoud,

I don't think you can connect to Oracle or MS SQL Server from Sybase
Central. If you are looking for one tool to connect to all three of
them, try WinSQL (synametrics.com)

I don't think you can connect to either of these from Sybase Central.
If you are looking for a great GUI tool look at Embarcadero DBArtisan
(www.Embarcadero.com). It is a bit expensive and you will need to buy
the add-ons for each system.
If you want a good command line tool like SQL Advantage or Query
Analyser, try Aqua Data Studio. This can connect to lots of different
RDBMS system. This is particularly good at reverse engineering
objects.
