Rdb unload into MS Access

Hi,

we are looking for a way to transfer data between an Oracle Rdb
database and an
MS Access database, using files. (ODBC is not an option.)

Can MS Access read unloads created from Rdb? And vice versa?

I will be grateful for any insight.
