I just got off the phone with Robin Weaver.

Dave died last week. It was a sudden anuerysm.

Robin assured me that Weaver Consulting is still operating, so if you
are a client, you are not to worry.

The rest of us can miss a good, honest man.

I'd like to offer my condolences. I traded a few e-mails with Dave, as
I've traded e-mails with many pickies in here. Unfortunately, over the past
7 years I never got a chance to meet Dave face to face.

Dave has been a long time "friend" to this community, even to those 1/2
way around the world. If you ever needed a little "something", chances
were that Dave had already packaged it up as a standard routine.

He will be missed - our thoughts are with the family

I am so sorry to hear this news. Condolences to those close to him.
Dave was the first person to see a draft of my MV Family Tree and MV
Trilogy, and although he and I had not met at that point (we have
since), he was exceedingly helpful and also very encouraging of my
work. I very much appreciated working with him. --dawn

It is another reminder that we never know when our time will come, so
we must make the best of the time we have.

I say this because 2 others I've known were unexpectedly lost in 2
unrelated car accidents over the past 3 weeks.

I'd like to record my great sadness and shock at hearing the news of
Dave's death.

Dave had been one of the most fervent supporters and proponents of my
websites over the years, and had offered to take them off my hands more
than once.

I shall sorely miss his suggestions and ideas for material to include
there.

Regards

I, too, would like to offer my condolences. I have used Dave's
utilities for a LONG time, & highly recommend them. He will most
definitely be missed.

I've know Dave for about 15+ years, and am saddened to hear the news. He was
a great inspiration to the MV community.

My sincere condolences to his family and friends.

My sympathy and condolences to the family.

I wrote a product called Autosize several years ago. When I looked for
someone to market Autosize, I found Dave. It was sort of like giving
him custody of my child. I trusted him that much. I will miss him.

Dave was very nice to me, and a lot of fun to be around. He was very helpful, super kind, very polite and he was the President of the Northern California Pick User's Group for quite a while. Over the years he contributed a lot a bit to the Multivalued web ring and I for one will miss him.
And I extend my condolences.

I haven't been in CDP for a while, and I'm very sad to learn of the
passing of one of the really "good guys".

And while I'm posting, it's nice to see "Steve Alexander" here. Long
time no talk.

Truly one of the finest people I've met, inside or outside of 'Pickdom'.

Always ready to help no matter if it meant a consulting gig or not. Also
one of a rare group who could offer insights that could be implemented
immediately while asking good questions along the way.

My thoughts and prayers go with him...
