problem with Forms 4.5

Can somebody help solve this problem? When I load Forms 4.5 Designer I
get the following error;

FRM-10064 Unable to load the object from the resource file.

Then it closes and says FRM-10039 Unable to stsrt up the Oracle Forms
Designer. Thanks in advance.

You did not put your OS in the post so I am not sure of tools that you
have at your disposal. If you are on SUN you could:

% truss -f -o <output_file> f45desm

Look at the ouput and look for Err #2 when opening a file that most
likely ends with ".res".

You could also set an environment variable DEBUG_SLFIND to a filename
and run the designer. Look through that output for files that it can
not locate at all.
