Forms - converting .fmx to .fmb?

Does anyone know of a tool which will take a forms executable (.fmx) and
convert it to the source (.fmb). We have a couple of files which have
the fmx but not the fmb to go along with it. Any help would be greatly
appreciated. Thanks in advance.
